Content on the Site—including program descriptions, statistics, blog posts, news items, and resource listings—is provided for general informational purposes about Street Angels and homelessness in Milwaukee County. It is not a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, social work, or otherwise), and it is not a guarantee of service availability, eligibility, or outcomes for any individual.

2. No Emergency Services

The Site is not monitored for emergencies and should never be used to request emergency assistance. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, experiencing a medical emergency, or at risk of harm, call 911. For a mental health or substance use crisis, contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (call or text 988). Street Angels’ outreach schedule (currently limited days per week) means the Site and our contact channels are not a reliable way to reach urgent, same-day help.

Descriptions of Mobile Outreach, Showers of Hope, Pathway Assistance, and other programs reflect our general offerings, which may change based on weather, staffing, funding, and other factors beyond our control. Listing a resource, partner organization, or service on the Site does not guarantee its availability, eligibility criteria, or outcome for any particular individual. Street Angels makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of information about our own programs or any third-party/partner resources referenced on the Site.

4. Third-Party Resources and Links

The Site may reference or link to third-party organizations, government programs, or community resources (for example, shelters, healthcare providers, or county services). Street Angels does not control and is not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or quality of services provided by these third parties. Inclusion of a resource is not an endorsement of that organization, and Street Angels is not liable for any interaction you have with a third party referenced on the Site.

5. Stories and Testimonials

Personal stories, testimonials, and outcomes shared on the Site (including in videos or written features) reflect individual experiences and are not representative guarantees of results for any other person. Individual circumstances vary.

Browsing the Site, submitting a contact form, or signing up as a volunteer or donor does not create a client, patient, employment, agency, or other professional relationship with Street Angels beyond what is expressly established through a separate written agreement (such as a signed volunteer agreement).
